If you are selling a home, our first priority is to learn YOUR goals, and then we make them OUR goals.  We will start with a complimentary staging consultation to help you with your home preparation. It continues with a team of full-time licensed real estate brokers, professional marketing services with a proven track record of success, and continues through the closing process with our escrow partner that will come to your home or your place of work for you to sign closing documents. Everything we do is geared toward making the process as easy for you as we possibly can!

If you are buying a home, there are several of us available to you so that you don't have to adjust your schedule, we adjust to you. We will make sure you get in the new listings right away either in person or through a virtual tour! We will listen to your needs and show you homes that you might not otherwise see. We have a lender that provides competitive mortgage rates while giving preferred service to our clients, and like with sellers, we can arrange that you sign closing documents at a location that is convenient for you.

There is a full-time licensed broker available Monday-Friday in the office to answer questions for you if another Groesbeck Group real estate broker is in a meeting with other clients.
